Staff explained everything clearly. They made sure I was satisfied and happy through different stages of the process. They made sure I was comfortable and familiar with my car before I left the garage.

Excellent service and your colleague was helpful, knowledgeable and hands on with all technology related matters via phone. Helped with setting up ID and clearly working throughout. rHandover in terms of the new car was top notch. Overall very happy.

Excellent service from start to finish. Starting with the receptionists who looked after us while we waiting. We were also looked after by Max Bowden who made the purchase so much easier and reassured throughout the transaction.

Service in centre was good however communication after purchase before collection was limited and had some confusion around deposit payment being split part to showroom and part direct.
