I was extremely pleased with the entire process from the moment we walked into the showroom. The lady on reception welcomed us and provided coffee. The salesman , Finlay, was excellent taking his time to listen to me and explaining my options clearly

Mini contacted me before service was due. Offered dates to book car in and were very helpful. Organised to drop me back at home (5 minutes away to save me walking back in rain when I dropped the car off. A coffee suplied when I went to pick up.

Lack of awareness of my visible mobility issues.. I use a stick, but was asked to stand at reception when dropping the vehicle off & for collection.. asking to move to a seated area is challenging & shouldn't be required
