Great friendly service, very accommodating and clear with all our options. Our car was ready earlier than expected and we were able to pick up at a time that suited us. All aspects of the car were explained to us very well before we left

Mini contacted me before service was due. Offered dates to book car in and were very helpful. Organised to drop me back at home (5 minutes away to save me walking back in rain when I dropped the car off. A coffee suplied when I went to pick up.

Lack of awareness of my visible mobility issues.. I use a stick, but was asked to stand at reception when dropping the vehicle off & for collection.. asking to move to a seated area is challenging & shouldn't be required

Although a minor problem took several visits to resolve the staff at Halliwell Jones were extremely helpful and, in particular, Brian Ellis Brennan, could not have done more to help.

All the staff were friendly, professional and helpful from the moment we arrived at the showroom. Regular updates were sent to me by email and John Farrington and Ella made collecting our car exciting and straightforward. Outstanding service.

Everything was straightforward, no waiting about . Staff are always friendly and look after you, always offered coffee . Receptionists and Brian were great ??
