I was introduced to Finlay by Sandy. I felt well looked after during the whole experience. The whole team at Southport are wonderful. So friendly and helpful. My nephew came with me when I took delivery. He was made very welcome by all.

The service started on timee, took the length of time expected, identified issues I had not been aware of - and rectified them, and the car is running beeautufully. It was also fully valeted inside and out so not only runs well, it looks well.

The receptionist and staff werehighly professional and welcoming. Our vehicle was being assessed for a problem and was with you all day (after a wait of three weeks) and was returned without any improvement to the problem at all

Everything ran smoothly. People were welcoming. My only negative point is that for an hour MOT I had to leave my car all day, being told when I dropped it off at 9.40am that it wouldnt go into the workshop until after lunch. Why?

It was only an oil change service which was done while I waited for a couple of hours which went fairly quickly.

Issue with noise from both seatbelts, had a call to say it was ready. I called back wanting to confirm that both sides had been examined. Was told someone would call me back - they didn't. Called again nd told someone else would call - they didn't.

The the engineer was unable to remedy the issue, the car would not charge on four cummercial separate AC charging points when on holiday, a message is still logged on the Mini App saying an urgent service required. DC charging is possible.
