It was so easy and the salesperson (Sandford) was a pleasure to deal with. There was no pressure but plenty of advice from a knowledgable standpoint. I had a test drive in the model I was interested in.

Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Had a problem with connection with my phone on mini app which unfortunately couldnt be resolved. I will need to contact my provider hopefully they can help.

I took my Mini in for the re-call. I made the reception staff aware that the air conditioning pipe had a split in, as last yr. I had it re gassed and was told of this problem I agreed a diagnostic examination £150 told they found a sensor fault.
