The lady on reception was absolutely brilliant, I had my 2 year old with me on a wait appointment and she brought crayons over, brought me a coffee, she could see I was struggling with my toddler and she even helped me in the car! Wonderful

Call centre completely oblivious - be better the old way talking to the reception at the garage you are trying to contact rather than be told lies over the phone to then have to rectify them yourself - no apology or anything was given either!

Having pre booked a service had to wait 50 minutes at service reception to hand over car an key. Service reception personnel had no idea what the software update was for. Could not find key when I returned to collect car. Not be visiting HJ again.

The service was reasonably priced , the car was returned to me clean and the best thing was Halliwell Jones provided me with transport to take me into town while the service was carried out ! Brilliant !!

I was happy with the work done on the car but halliwell jones used to provide a taxi home while the car is being serviced and this is no longer offered. There were no courtesy cars available so I find this not very good customer service

The mini environment at Sothport is lovely, has a very relaxed feel to it clean bright and spacious a pleasure to sit in the show room. All staff are very welcoming and I love the music they play in the background. A pleasant experience.
